1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Neural Lens. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License and Apple Standard EULA

When Neural Lens is distributed through the Mac App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Unless these terms state otherwise, Apple's Standard EULA applies to your use of Neural Lens.

3. Neural Lens Pro Subscription

Neural Lens offers free features and an annual auto-renewable Neural Lens Pro subscription. Payment is processed through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Translation, OCR, and Third-Party Services

Neural Lens can be used for text translation, screenshot OCR translation, and PDF translation. Some features may rely on third-party AI or translation services that you choose to configure. When you use a third-party service, relevant content is sent directly to that provider and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neural Lens for unlawful activity, infringement, bypassing access controls, harassment, malicious content, or behavior that violates third-party service terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process, translate, and store content you use with the app.

6. Privacy
